Viaduct Sejanca
The construction of the Sejanca viaduct was suspended in 2009 due to the economic crisis and the collapse of the main contractor. Due to changed conditions and the reconstruction of the railway line, it was necessary to change the primary design of the viaduct. According to Ponting's design, the viaduct was built in 2020, with access arrangements and finishing works carried out in 2024 and 2025.
The entire section of the two-lane road from Markovci to Ormož is expected to be completed in early 2027.
