Construction started on a new footbridge designed by Ponting. Footbridge Tremerje is a space truss structure in a form of a suspension bridge, giving it its unique character. The bridge crosses the River Savinja in a span of 80 m. Together with the back spans which tie the bridge to its solid fundations, the bridge is 92 m long.
