A new footbridge from Ponting reached almost the end of its design stage. The new wooden suspension footbridge (span 86 m), connecting Slovenia (Ceršak) and Austria (Murfeld), will be the main link over the border Mura River, along the future international cyclists path between the bordercrossing at Šentilj and the downstream bridge in Črnci near Gornja Radgona. The building permit will be issued yet this year, the construction of the bridge is scheduled for the year 2019.
