Ponting won the design competition and a contract for the ˝Crystal˝ Tower to be built in Rogaška Slatina (Slovenia). In collaboration with architect Nande Korpnik, Ponting designed a 106 m high Tower with a two-storey view platform and an open look out plateau at the top. The platform also contains several tourist and catering facilities and is accesable by two panoramic elevators.
